Why Attend Counselling?
There are many reasons why someone considers attending counselling. They may be in crisis or need clarity on a particular issue. Perhaps self-destructive patterns of behaviour or thinking no longer work and need to be changed or focused on. A friend or family member may suggest that you start therapy.
Being able to support someone’s journey towards positive mental health is a fulfilling job which is why I decided to pursue my career as a counsellor. I greatly enjoy having the opportunity to make a real difference in some one’s life. Below is a list of services I offer.

Group Support Counselling
The aim of this group is to provide support to people in addiction recovery, support that’s affordable, support that’s based on your needs so that you can grow in your recovery, maybe resolve issues that keep coming up, and talk about the things that matter to you.
If you are recognising that you gambling is becoming a problem or maybe a friend or family member has expressed concern might be time to reach out for support.
