Christmas and the New Year is often a time to reflect on the past year and plan for the coming one. How many of us have made New Year’s resolutions only to keep them for a few days. I am certainly guilty of that!

The last few months have been really busy for me, I have been working on attracting new clients to my practice, updating my website and even started to write blogs! So how has this change happened so far? Well, I realised that I had let the ball drop in relation to my practice and decided to complete a client attraction course online. Attending online webinars has been completely new for me and I have learned so much both personally and professionally from them. What an amazing journey it’s been so far. Thank you Shelly Hutchinson and everyone at Client Nectar

I have come to recognize that to achieve our goals we need to be so aware of our mindset and personality type. I have an ‘I’ll start next week’ mindset with a Type B personality. What a great combination, not!!  So to help me keep the show on the road I have a notebook with to do lists and I tick a few things off every week. I am also telling family and friends what I’m doing so they can keep me in check! Furthermore I visualize achieving my goals and invite more abundance and success into my life.

I often ask my clients ‘If you could think outside the box, remove any limitations and aim for the stars, what would be possible, hypothetically of course?!

I have recognized in recent months that I needed to ask myself this question. If I put aside any perceived limitations (time and motivation for me!) what would I be able to achieve in the year ahead?

Well this year I want to launch and promote my online skype counselling service in Ireland and England (globally eventually, why not?!) No mean accomplishment but if I aim for the stars anything is achievable!

So everyone, make a start, keep trying, learn, adapt, dream big and aim for the stars in this New Year.
