Online counselling is confidential and secure which provides professional counselling support. It allows greater flexibility and convenience to clients and eliminates time spent travelling to appointments. It also give clients who live in remote areas easier access to counselling. If you suffer from anxiety and are afraid to leave your home, but really want to talk to a counsellor, then online counselling is an option. Also if you move home or country, or travel with work but wish to stay working with the same counsellor, online counselling is for you.

What do I need for Online Counselling?

You need a reliable internet connection to make the session possible. For video counselling you will need a microphone and webcam on your laptop. To avoid distractions ensure you are in a quiet room where you won’t be interrupted and your mobile or other devices are turned off. Ensure you are available at the appointed time.

How do I pay?

Online counselling sessions aren’t for everyone so I offer a FREE 20-minute online session to allow you to discover if you are comfortable with online counselling
Payment can be made using Bank Transfer, PayPal, Stripe, Creditcard, Mastercard, or Visa card and is made prior to the session.
My cancellation policy is 24 hours in advance of the appointment, otherwise, the full fee is charged.
