Are you a person in recovery who would like to meet other like-minded people?

Imagine being part of a group where you can talk about what matters to you in a safe and welcoming place?


This aim of this group is to empower and inspire people to live their life addiction free.

This group is about supporting each other to take the steps towards the changes you want to make in your life, to heal, recover and support each others journey.

Maybe you are new to recovery and want to connect with other people to learn from their experiences.

Maybe you have been in recovery with some time but feel isolated,  like something is missing and want to connect with people just like you. 

This is your chance to set the wheels in motion for making powerful changes in your life. But more importantly this group is your opportunity to connect with like minded people on a similar journey to you. 

The aim of this group is to provide support to people in addiction recovery, support that’s affordable, support that’s based on your needs so that you can grow in your recovery, maybe resolve issues that keep coming up, and talk about the things that matter to you.


What is this Support Group about?

  • A place where you can talk about things that matter to YOU.
  • To be able to talk about relationships.
  • Tips on how to deal with home life in recovery.
  • Someone who just gets it, to listen to you.
  • Tips to manage anxiety.
  • Tips to stay alcohol and drug free.
  • Somewhere its OK to talk about the bad days.
  • Emotional support from people who have been there, done that.
  • There will be two fully qualified Addiction Counsellors facilitating this group.
  • There will be group sharing and feedback
  • Limited places are available and booking is essential.
  • This is a closed group so you have to contact us before attending.
  • Over 18s only

  • If you want to learn about your triggers and relapse prevention.

  • If you want to do therapy but can afford individual counselling.

Cost: 20€ Per person per group session

About Your Therapists.

Eileen Foley

Eileen Foley is fully accredited with the Addiction Counsellors of Ireland. She has been supporting people affected by addiction for almost 15 years. Eileen’s approach to counselling is person-centred based on empathy, acceptance and respect for each person and where they are in life’s journey.



Ger Lowe is fully accredited with the Addiction Counsellors of Ireland and has almost 20 years of experience working with individuals and in group therapy. His approach to addiction counselling and supporting people is person-centred, recognising each person's individual needs in their recovery journey..
