Don't let your past define who you are today.

Are you a woman in recovery who would like to meet other like-minded women?

Imagine being part of a group where you can talk about what matters to you in a safe and welcoming place?

Why not take some time out for yourself, you deserve it!

This aim of this group is to empower and inspire women to live their best life after alcohol and drug dependence.

Inspiring Women in Recovery is all about women supporting each other to take the steps towards the changes they want to make in their life, to heal, recover and support each others journey.

Maybe you are new to recovery and want to connect with other women to learn from their experiences.

Maybe you have been in recovery with some time but feel isolated,  like something is missing and want to connect with other women just like you.

This is your chance to set the wheels in motion for making powerful changes in your life. But more importantly this group is your opportunity to connect with like minded women on a similar journey to you.

Living the life you deserve, your best life, takes courage, change and self compassion”

See what other women say about the program.

“I would highly recommend this women’s group. I hadn’t done an aftercare program so I felt like this was my aftercare. It was a safe, supportive environment and I never felt under pressure, and the advice I got helped me with the difficulties in my life.”

“This group gave me a chance to focus on what I need in life to be sober. I related to the other women, I learnt from them and I walked away feeling happy. Having spoken in the group let me learn more positive things to bring into my life.”

“I really enjoyed the guest speakers and was able to take something to use in my recovery from each of them.”

“I am not alone. I was glad to go in a group that was the same as me and was learning to live in sobriety. I learned that I need to be pro-active in my sobriety and my aim is to have peace and to love myself”

“I have found the group really good and will definitely do it again.”

“Gave me a lot of tools: breathing, tapping, reconnecting with my angels. There was a strong supportive vibe from the women in the group.”

Remember, We are all recovering from something.

Hello! My name is Eileen Foley.

I love my job. Not many people can say that about their work so I am so grateful to be able to do what I love.

Helping women around their alcohol or drug use is so rewarding. Supporting women in recovery is a privilege. Making the journey back from addiction is often a bumpy one, at least that's what I am hearing from women in recovery. This is why I started the Inspiring Women in Recovery group. I want to give women a place to talk about what is important to them, you know the stuff they wouldn't share elsewhere.

Get to know yourself a little bit better over this 6 week group and be around like minded women. When a group of women come together powerful things can happen.

Go on, You deserve this time to yourself.

Looking forward to seeing you in the group.

Eileen
